How do I submit a custom order request?
  A design fee of $50 is required to initiate any custom orders; and, a 50% deposit is required at design completion time.  The design fee and deposit are non-refundable.  

Final payment is due upon completion of the order.  Your order will not ship until the final payment is made.  Shipping date will vary based on the design complexity and jewelry fabrication time.

Custom orders cannot be returned except in the case of a product defect.  In the event of a product defect, the Pareure staff will determine if the piece will be repaired or replaced.

Are samples available?

Are repair services available?
  For jewelry purchased from Pareure that requires repair as a result of a defect, there is no charge if we are contacted within the first 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, there will be a $10 per hour charge.

For jewelry purchased from Pareure that was damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, there is a charge of $10 per hour (including one hour for repair assessment) for repairs in addition to the cost of materials.

For jewelry not purchased at Pareure, there is a charge of $15 per hour for repairs  (including one hour for repair assessment) in addition to the cost of materials.
